Included in gym membership, or $20 (or $90 for a 5 class pass) for non-members. Non-members are very welcome!
Monday evening classes are in the old deconsecrated Presbyterian Church. The practice tends to be more inward-focused, helping you unwind and settle after the day.

Classes adapt to the seasons and to the people in the room — slower and more restorative in summer, a little more warming movement in winter, always with space to breathe, stretch, and relax.
Both venues welcome beginners and regulars.

Small groups or couples wanting to deepen their practice together
Workplace or corporate wellbeing sessions to reduce stress and enhance focus
Visitors or retreat guests seeking a grounding experience amid Dungog’s natural beauty
Perfect for weekend visitors
If you’re travelling, a private class can be a beautiful way to unwind and settle into the region’s slower rhythm. We’ll combine mindful movement and breath with awareness of the natural surroundings — so your practice becomes part of the landscape and the moment.
