AboutĀ me
Hi, I’m Anne. I share simple practices that support balance, resilience, and renewal in everyday life.
Hi, I’m Anne. I live in the beautiful Hunter region of NSW — surrounded by rolling hills, bushland, and community spirit that inspires much of my work.
I’ve been practicing yoga since my late teens, and meditation has been a steady part of my life for many years. These practices have been my anchors through the highs and lows of life — from grief and change to travel and new beginnings. Along the way, they’ve also helped me connect with different communities around the world, giving me a sense of belonging wherever I’ve landed.
In 2024, I completed my yoga teacher training, bringing together clinical knowledge, lived experience, and decades of personal practice.
My teaching has been shaped by more than 20 years as a registered nurse with Masters-level training in both nursing and Health Policy, with work ranging from remote health clinics in the Northern Territory to the World Health Organization.
Whether you join a community class in Dungog, book a private session while visiting the region or for personal health goals, or explore meditation online — my aim is simple: to guide you to connect body, breath, and mind, and to live with more ease and balance.
