Seasonal Slow Yoga — 90 Minute Monthly Classes

Seasonal Flow at the Church:
Our next session is Sunday 19th April, 10 am .

This is a 90-minute class, giving us more space to deepen the practice. We include gentle breathwork, slower flow, longer-held Yin shapes, and a generous relaxation. It’s designed to allow greater rest and deeper stretching than a standard one-hour class.

The church setting offers a quiet, beautiful environment that feels a little removed from the everyday — a space to slow down properly.

FarmStrong Fitness –  2 Drovers Way, Dungog

Classes have a steady, practical energy in a relaxed country gym setting. Morning sessions help wake up the body and get you moving, while Friday mornings tend to be a gentle exhale at the end of the week.

The practice shifts with the seasons. In summer we slow things down with more yin-style work to stay cool. In cooler months we may move a little more to build warmth.

Like all my classes, the focus is simply working with the body you arrive with that day.

Included in gym membership, or $20 for non-members. Non-members are very welcome!

Presbyterian Church Hall - 63 Dowling St, Dungog

Monday evening classes are in the Presbyterian Church Hall Because it’s the end of the day, the practice tends to be more inward-focused, helping you unwind and settle after the day.

As with all my classes, the rhythm adapts to the seasons and to the people in the room — slower and more restorative in summer, a little more warming movement in winter, always with space to breathe, stretch, and relax.

BYO mat

$20 per class or $90 for a 5 class pass.

Both venues welcome beginners and regulars, each offering a different feel to the yoga.

Classes are small and supportive, creating a welcoming space where you can practice at your own pace — while being part of a like-minded community.
